I am currently working as a UX designer at KCOM. I have been working in the digital space for over ten years, designing and developing various experiences. I am goal-driven, and I thrive on problem-solving issues, understanding the problem with stakeholders, and identifying the goals and outcomes needed for the user to put their needs first.

I would research our customers to understand their pain points to help unearth value and align them with customer and business needs. I would then design experiences backed by data and research, create concepts and wireframes, and test these concepts to make sure they solve the customer problem and deliver the intended result.

One of my biggest joys as a UX designer is solving real customers' problems, seeing them be empowered or enriching their lives, and ultimately helping the business grow. This feeling helps me drive and continue improving and delivering a better experience for the customer.
